Verify opening hours for the visit you want

Check the activity’s last entry, guided-tour times and event closures instead of relying only on a venue’s general opening hours.

Ask about the activity, not only the gate

A venue may be open while a particular tour, exhibition or activity is unavailable. Name exactly what you want to do and ask when the last admission for that activity occurs.

Check the date, including any holiday or special event that could change arrangements.

Use a current official contact

Start with the operator's own website or contact channel and ask for confirmation if the information is unclear. Note when you checked. An old review or a photograph of a sign may not reflect current hours.

If two sources disagree, contact the venue rather than choosing the time that best suits your itinerary.

Build arrival around the confirmed answer

Allow time to find the entrance and complete any payment before the activity starts. Keep a nearby alternative if access cannot be confirmed.

Record the checked time in your Outxie plan and reconfirm before a trip that depends on it. A catalogue listing is a useful starting point, but a timed booking needs the operator's own current information.

Rules, fees and opening hours change. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it.
