Send the same route to each provider
Include pickup address, date, passenger count, luggage and every planned stop. State the expected finish point and time. A quote for a one-way transfer isn't comparable with a vehicle waiting through a full outing.
Ask what vehicle is proposed and how many passengers it can properly accommodate.
Separate the included costs
Confirm fuel, waiting, parking, tolls and any overtime or extra-distance charge. Ask what happens if the route changes or the outing finishes late.
If an overnight trip is involved, discuss the driver's arrangements as part of the quote rather than leaving them until arrival.
Keep the accepted plan in writing
Record the provider, vehicle arrangement, total and payment terms. Confirm the contact and pickup point shortly before departure through the agreed channel.
Add the route to your day plan, but keep private payment details out of a broadly shared link. Reconfirm material changes with the driver; editing an itinerary doesn't automatically change the transport agreement.
Rules, fees and opening hours change. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it.
