Check that a beach photo shows your booked venue

Match promotional photographs to the exact beach property, room or seating area you intend to book before paying a deposit.

Ask what the photograph identifies

A scenic beach photograph may show the surrounding area rather than the business selling a package. Ask which property, room category or seating area appears in it. Confirm that the image relates to the part you're booking.

Look for a clear venue name and current official contact details.

Request the details that affect your visit

Ask for recent photographs of the entrance, seating and any facility essential to your group. A wide aerial view won't show the walk from parking or the condition of a toilet.

If a photograph shows an event setup, ask whether that arrangement is included or an extra paid service.

Put the promised space in writing

Have the booking confirmation name the area or room category, date, guest count and included facilities. Keep the payment record with it.

Outxie's photo credits help identify image sources, while place listings help with location. Neither replaces a provider's confirmation of what it is selling. If a business won't explain a material difference between its photos and the offer, resolve that before paying.

Rules, fees and opening hours change. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it.
